I actually prefer Australian white whine, although a nice French bordeaux always hits the spot. :bg:

lol! wine and cheeze aren't France's only specialties! actually, each region (18 i think...)... like Foie Gras, Saucisson etc etc...
and yes Rei-san, le Louvre is just next to the Seine and Notre Dame is on an island (l'île de la Cité to be precise!)
lol! well frenchies invading the site won't be too much a problem... we start learning english in middle school but that doesn't mean that we're all good at speaking and writing it...

And I had to start learning French in the first grade, unfortunatly I moved around too much and I never did learn anything usefull. as for those other "specialties" most of Europe is full of them, it's us poor north americans living in fast food hell that have to suffer a shortage in the quality and variety of regional delicacies.

there aren't any Domino's in France, there aren't any Burger King's either... but 1 or 2 years ago a McDonald's was put on fire in Bretagne i think... that was signed José Bové.

don't worry about your french... most French are not even able to speak their own language properly...

Funny thought. Lemme see...I've been starting to learn English since I was 13-14, French ever since I was 10 and German since last year. My English, both written and spoken, is pretty good, my French could be a lot better although I understand everything (I just can't speak it that good), and my German is also pretty decent, but since that's so much like Dutch, it's pretty normal.

Somehow, I doubt that very much Reiyuka_chan. Give yourself a LOT more credit. You deserve it. :)

It's ok to be proud of yourself Reiyuka-chan. And having a big head figuratively, is'nt nescessarily a bad thing in moderation. As long as your pride doesn't cause you to treat others indifferently, you can look in the mirror without guilt. You've got a good head on your shoulders young lady, no matter what size it is. :)
